Founded in 2004, Urban Blueprint is a real estate development and consulting company headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. We strive to become a leader in the revitalization of urban areas with a sustainable approach to land planning and development that builds and reinforces healthy, vibrant communities in the areas of residential, commercial and civic investments. In addition to real estate investments, Urban Blueprint offers consulting services in real estate development and urban planning.

Founders
Debbie Frank
Debbie Frank is co-founder and president of Urban Blueprint with 18 years of community/economic development experience with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, colleges/universities and for-profit developers. Prior to creating Urban Blueprint, Debbie served as the executive director of the North Nashville Community Development Corporation, an affiliate nonprofit organization of the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and redevelopment partner of Fisk University, Meharry Medical College and Tennessee State University, where she managed the redevelopment activities of the North Nashville community. Preceding her involvement with the nonprofit, Debbie was a city planner with the Metropolitan Planning Commission developing land use policy documents and small-area commercial and neighborhood plans for Nashville, Tennessee. Debbie credits her years as a city planner and a nonprofit community developer for her unique approach to land planning and real estate development.
Gerald Frank
Gerald Frank is co-founder and vice president of Urban Blueprint. Though relatively new to the real estate field, he has gained excellent hands-on experience through his comprehensive involvement with the company’s first townhome development. Gerald became fascinated by real estate through his wife Debbie who convinced him they should consider investment opportunities in real estate development. Through his many years of experience as a biomedical researcher he has the unique ability to plan strategies, research opportunities, and troubleshoot processes which allows him to bring a more disciplined methodology and analytical approach to the company.
